Recommendation:	After pre cutting to < 1 cm, the sample can be ground by using a Vibratory Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 0 and embrittlement of sample with liquid nitrogen. Also metal free grinding might be possible by using a grinding set made of zirconium oxide instead of steel.

Comments:	For grinding, a pre cutting of the sheet to < 1 cm length is important. Sample and grinding set have been placed into the optional Cryo-Box which has been fixed to the Vibratory Micro Mill PULVERISETTE 0. Liquid nitrogen has been poured into the feeding funnel to chill grinding set and sample. Afterwards, grinding process has been started. Evaporating nitrogen has been refilled by the feeding funnel of the Cryo-Box. After a total grinding time of 10 Minutes, the grinding process has been interrupted. The present fineness uses to be almost 100 % < 500 µm. Only a few particles could be spotted with > 500 µm length. Longer grinding times are still possible to reach 100 % < 500 µm or smaller.
