Complete sample amount has been ground within 3 minutes. Because during grinding, fine sample dust escaped by the standard funnel, we placed the tube of a vacuum cleaner next to its opening.
The usage of the protected funnel with sample pusher might be beneficial to minimize dust exploration. Also the optional active sample exhauster system with cyclone separator will remove all durst particles and sample directly after it has been able to pass the sieve cassettes opening. For this, with the cyclone separator, even higher throughput is possible for grinding of the sample.
After 3 minutes of grinding, a bit of sample use to stay attached to the grinding chamber by electrostatic charge. We recommend vacuuming with a soft brush for a rapid cleaning.
