< 2 min
Final fineness:
< 0,25 mm (fine powder)
Comments:
For a longer durability by grinding of higher amounts of sample, we recommend using a rotor with knives made of hardmetal tungsten carbide instead of hardened stainless steel.
The stalk pieces use to have a length about 12 cm and a diameter < 1 cm. The complete sample amount got fed within 120 seconds.
After grinding, majority of openings of the used sieve cassette remain free. For this, a grinding of higher amounts of sample is still possible.
Only electrostatic charged sample use to remain inside the grinding chamber afterwards. Cleaning can be performed rapidly by vacuuming with a soft brush.
